Q How do I become an amazing member?

A Give us your contact details and we will phone you to sign you up.

Q What is my membership number?

A Your membership number is the number that is printed on the front of your membership card. It starts with the first 3 letters of your surname e.g. SMI0038-AR003-6-2006.

Q What is my membership card?

A You should receive your member pack in the mail within 14 days of joining us. The pack will contain your membership card, which you need to take with you when you redeem a voucher at one of our partners.

Q How do I log into the website?

A Enter your membership number into the login boxes at the top of the page. It will then prompt you to enter your password.
Please note: when you log in to the website for the first time, it will prompt you to accept the terms and conditions and then create a password.

Q What is my password?

A You need to create your own password. It must be at least 5 characters long, in lower case, and contain no spaces.

Q How do I print a voucher on the website?

A Click on the "grab it" button next to the amazing voucher that you would like to use, it will add them to your voucher bag. You can continue to print your vouchers by clicking on the "print vouchers" button. You will then have the option to print the selected vouchers, have it emailed or sent to you via SMS.

Q How do I use my vouchers?

A Every month you are entitled to 30 free vouchers. Print your preferred vouchers from the list and take your printed voucher together with your membership card to your appointment.

Q How do I redeem a voucher?

A Phone the contact person stipulated on the voucher to make an appointment. Produce your voucher and membership card on arrival. Some partners may ask for your ID book as well.
